The subscription does not include software download or PIN retrieval. Those are charged per job from your credit balance, on top of the monthly fee. PIN retrieval runs Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00. Final pricing is confirmed with your access application.
Pricing questions
Do I need to install anything?
A small gateway program is installed on the workshop PC so the browser can talk to the car. Everything else runs in your browser. Classic CAN, SPA and CMA platforms are supported.
Is programming included?
No. The subscription covers diagnostics, live data, configuration and the fault guide. Factory software download and security-access (PIN) retrieval are charged per job on top of it, because they involve genuine factory software.
Is the tool locked to one computer?
No. Because it is cloud-based, you sign in from any modern browser — the workshop PC, a laptop at the car or a second bay.
